Prestige ™ Series 1305

Prestige ™ Series 1305 is a professional-grade square shader brush specifically designed for porcelain painting.

Shading and Blending: As a "square shader," this brush is ideal for the "American style" of painting, which often involves impressionistic techniques and soft, blended backgrounds. The flat, square edge allows you to carve out shapes, modulate light and shadow, and soften transitions between colors smoothly.  
Creating Gradations: Because squirrel hair is exceptionally soft (comparable to sable but with different spring), it allows you to filter and move paint across the porcelain surface with a level of delicacy that prevents the harsh lines often left by stiffer synthetic brushes.  
Forming and Shaping: The square shape is excellent for defining planes and edges in floral or landscape subjects, providing a crisp, straight stroke that is difficult to achieve with round brushes.
